Our goal is improve the overall safety and to design unique park or recreation center that reflect the culture of the residents who live in the area. Our Project Managers will assist you with planning, organizing, coordinating, leading, and controlling resources to deliver a state of the art†¦show more content†¦Ã¢â‚¬ ¢ The park and playground has to be built on the  ¼ area lot †¢ The playground must be suitable and safe for 5 to 12 years old children †¢ The weather during the project period could stop construction †¢ Budget of the project is maximum of $ 1,650,000. †¢ Building Demolition Project is completed on time †¢ Approval to build from the soil contamination study is received †¢ Approval of the design and approval to build from the community †¢ All building code permits are received Exclusions and Boundaries What are the boundaries of the project?
